About Us:
Dr. Trina Johnson is President & Founder of Safeats, LLC; a company dedicated to health, alcohol, and food safety training in Southwest Georgia.Dr. Johnson has most recently served as Director of the Summer Food Program (SFSP), sponsored by the USDA for Friendship Baptist Church of Albany, Inc. She has served as a Consultant and freelance instructor for many years. She also owned a small, quaint cafe which inspired her to become a registered instructor for restaurant managers and food handlers everywhere.
The Safeats ServSafe® courses are designed to provide participants with viable information on potentially hazardous foods and safe food handling practices, also in alcohol pratices.
Our program consists of Powerpoint presentations, videos, a course book, test booklet and answer sheet. Upon successful completion of the Safeats ServSafe® course with an exam score of 75% or better you will recieve a personalized ServSafe® Certificate of completion.
WHAT WE OFFER:
The Safeats ServSafe® Food & Alcohol Safety Courses are offered for four separate levels of development:
The Employment Level:
Basic principals of food & alcohol safety designed for all food handlers not previously ceritfied.
Re-certification:
Review & examination for previously ServSafe® ceritfied individuals.
Manager's Cerification:
Full course and examination for foodservice managers, owners, operators, F&B directors,chefs, line cooks, kitchen managers, dietary managers, dietcians, and others who need food safety traning and certification.
Train-the-Trainer:
This is one-day seminar is ideal for those who have passed the ServSafe® Manager's Cerification with a minimum score of 90% and want to teach and encourage other encourage and students to follow safe food handling procedures.
